CALL  FOR PAPERS

This is an international conference that examines recent developments and prospects for the evolution of comparative law and international law.

The conference opens its doors to authors from different countries, from the legal education space and from the practitioners of law, encouraging the presentation of scientific papers on the aspects of tradition and modernity in public and private comparative law, as well as public and private international law, European Union, international trade law and international arbitration. The conference also promotes research into issues related to the international legal cooperation, the development of elements of convergence between legal systems and the globalization of law, as well as the legal issues that transcend national borders and combine the theoretical with the empirical in case studies.
At the Conference may participate, both the people who want to submit a scientific paper, as well as the people who just want to hear the debate, without the submission of scientific papers.
The Conference organizers invite all those interested in participating in one of the three sections to complete the Registration form until June 16, 2022.

THE BEST SCIENTIFIC PAPERS SUBMITTED TO THE CONFERENCE WILL BE PUBLISHED IN THE JURIDICAL TRIBUNE - TRIBUNA JURIDICA, JOURNAL INDEXED IN CLARIVATE ANALYTICS (THOMSON REUTERS) AND IN SCOPUS.
